Plans, payments and invoices

Open Pricing to see the currently offered plans and terms. In your profile's Billing card, check your current plan and renewal or end date. Use the billing-management control, when available, to open Stripe for payment-method changes, invoices or cancellation. A past-due notice means your payment needs attention; a service error does not establish that a cancellation succeeded. Check the resulting status before leaving.

AI availability and limits can vary by plan and service budget. Read the in-app message, retry when allowed, or contact support. There is no promise of unlimited AI use.

Usage data and consent

Open veritybase.com/settings/privacy. Review the separate usage-data purposes and enable only the ones you want. Turning a choice off stops that purpose's collection and withdraws past records from that use. Essential sign-in and service records remain necessary to run the service. Check the success message; a failed save leaves the previous choice in force.

Consent history at veritybase.com/account/consent-history records accepted or declined policy versions and choices. Company benchmarking choices live in Organization and require the relevant authority. Model training also requires company permission; a hidden or unavailable company control does not grant it.

Delete your account

In your profile, select Delete my account…, read the privacy explanation, type the literal word DELETE and confirm with Permanently delete my account. Deletion is permanent. Cancel before confirming if you want to retain the account. Contact support if the request fails.
