Joining by invitation
When a colleague adds you to their organization's workspace — or to a company team on the Provider side — VerityBase creates your account for you. Your first sign-in works a little differently from a normal sign-up.
You'll get an email
Look for a message titled "You've been invited to VerityBase". It contains a personal link to set your password.
- Open the link and choose a password.
- Sign in at veritybase.com with your email and that new password.
That's it — you land in the shared workspace as a member of the team, with the role your inviter chose. There's no separate "accept" step.
Already have a VerityBase account?
If you already use VerityBase with the same work-email domain as your inviter, you may simply be added to the team — no email, nothing to do. You'll see the shared workspace the next time you sign in.
Link expired or lost?
Ask the person who invited you to resend the invitation — owners can do this from their team page (pending invitations are listed there with a resend option). A fresh email with a new link arrives.
After you're in
- Any sign-in method works from then on — add a passkey or use Google if you prefer.
- Your role (Owner, Manager, or Member) is set by the person who invited you; owners can change it later in the team or organization settings.
