Reports and matched solutions

Open the report tool at veritybase.com/dashboard/report-solutions while signed in.

1. Choose a sustainability-report PDF with Choose PDF, then Analyze. If Analyze in Background is offered, it submits a background job whose status you can follow.
2. Read confirmed disclosure gaps separately from Could not verify from the PDF. The latter means text could not be confirmed, for example in a scanned PDF or an unsupported figure; it is not a confirmed gap and does not get a provider match.
3. Inspect suggested providers, fit explanations and evidence labels for each gap. No match means no candidate was returned for that gap, not that the requirement was satisfied. A held contact action requires verification first.
4. Rate a shown suggestion when feedback controls appear. A negative fit verdict can lower that supplier's priority for the same gap in your organization's future results. The insufficient-evidence/“can't tell” reason does not demote it. Answers are scoped to your organization when one is recorded, not published as public buyer reviews.
5. Reopen saved organization reports from the saved-report selector. Use Export JSON or Print / PDF to keep a copy. Insight reports are also available at veritybase.com/dashboard/insight-reports.

The sample-data option is a fixed illustration, not an analysis of your uploaded file. A failed or timed-out analysis is not a clean report; follow the retry or service-limit message. AI output can be inaccurate and is not an audit opinion or professional advice. Check the PDF and your advisers before acting.

The feedback choices are Good fit, Partly and Not a fit. For a negative answer, select an optional reason and send it, or choose Save without a reason. Can't tell from the information shown records uncertainty without lowering priority. Check the acknowledgment; a failed save has not recorded your answer.
